Standard Bungalow

Mangaia Total Solar Eclipse Sunday 11th July 2010

     Due to an unexpected late cancellation we now have one Budget Bungalow and one seat on our charter flights:

 the cost for this package is NZ$ 1890 and includes:

 Return air fare as above

 Accommodation 10 days

 Airport transfers

 Full board meals

 all for one person.

 This is offered on a first come first served basis, but feel free to make a lower offer in case there are no takers.

  Tents

  We have provided a small number of 2-person or 3-person tents for those who are unable to find other  accommodation.  At this stage we cannot accept any more bookings unless we find another house.

 Houses

    We are continuously looking for private housing for more visitors. Currently we have no new houses available.

Terms

      Once the accommodation has been confirmed we expect payment in full preferably via TT.  Should for any reason (e.g. fire, plague etc.) we, the accommodation provider, be unable to provide the service offered or equivalent, the amount will be refunded. 

   Should the holder of confirmed accommodation (e.g. due to sickness, death etc.) wish to withdraw, the accommodation unit will be offered again. If the proceeds form the new booking exceeds or equals that of the previous booking, the previous reservation holder will be refunded in full. If the new booking fetches less, the previous reservation holder will be refunded this lesser amount. 

   Should the party of the reservation holder fail to arrive during the time set for the service to be provided, the payment is forfeited.
